1.Think positive, quality thoughts.
2.Eat healthy foods and a balanced diet.
3.Have ample rest every day.
4.Daydream every day.
5.Associate with inspiring christians.
6.Avoid office gossip.
7.Focus on what you have, and not on what you do not have.
8.Exercise on a regular basis.
9.Take mini-breaks throughout the day.
10.Spend time each day in contemplative meditation.
11.Visualise how you want to live your life.
12.Have a regular medical check-up.
13.Keep your inner voice supportive to your goals.
14.Establish a calm manner throughout the day.
15.Put your goals in writing, and read them daily.
16.Review and update your goals on a regular basis.
17.Listen to inspiring classical music, preferably Baroque.
18.Read the bible every day.
19.Spend ample time with family.
20.Pray continuously, giving thanks for ALL things.
21.Drink eight glasses of water every day.
22.Live a balanced life.
23.Cultivate a new interest each year.
24.Attend lectures on interesting subjects.
25.Keep a daily diary.
26.Think about what you are going to say before you say it.
27.Become more aware of your emotions.
28.Express your emotions whenever possible.
29.Learn to express appreciation at work whenever you can.

43.Be grateful for all God has given you in your life.
44.Do something creative and different once a week.
45.Observe and become sensitive to other people's communication style.
46.Go into meetings with positive expectations.
47.Walk tall, straighten your spine, open your lungs, relax your neck and shoulders.
48.Develope your multiple intelligences.
49.Continually say"What would Jesus Say, or Do in this situation."
50.Change your thinking to give you quality of life every minute of every day.
